One-to-One Executive Support
This face-to-face session, varying in length from one hour to a full day, allows us to focus on areas which are of key importance to the individual.  Common themes can include:
  • Interview coaching and technique
  • Professional advice on CV
  • Discussion on jobs market from a recruitment perspective
  • Help with the ‘technical’ side of applying for roles – which job boards to use, which agencies to register with, how agencies work etc.
  • Discussions around any ‘barriers’ that the member of staff feels that they have in entering the employment market and what can be done to overcome them. 

We offer Outplacement in the North East and Yorkshire.
 
Dedicated Coaching Support
Our dedicated coaching package offers ongoing support for up to six months and is ideal for senior level individuals making the transition into new employment, including offering guidance and coaching in the early days of a new role. Examples of help given can include:
  • Realistic interviews based on actual job descriptions applied to by the individual – ideal practice for the real thing
  • Co-ordinated approach to the application process with advice given against each role
  • Coaching and mentoring designed to maximise candidate potential
  • Full telephone and e-mail support to compliment the face-to-face sessions

Group Outplacement
A fully interactive and information filled half day session for up to 12 employees at a time, these sessions cover everything from the basics through to techniques and approaches designed to elevate the participants above 99% of their 'competition' in the job market.  Advice includes:
