Our dedicated coaching package offers ongoing support for up to six months and is ideal for senior level individuals making the transition into new employment, including offering guidance and coaching in the early days of a new role. Examples of help given can include:
- Realistic interviews based on actual job descriptions applied to by the individual – ideal practice for the real thing
- Co-ordinated approach to the application process with advice given against each role
- Coaching and mentoring designed to maximise candidate potential
- Full telephone and e-mail support to compliment the face-to-face sessions
