Our annual salary survey now offers a comprehensive guide to salaries across all professional disciplines in the North of England. Drawn from our extensive candidate database, the data we produce is both current and accurate and points to trends across different industries and sectors.

Whilst our previous surveys have provided a definitive guide to salaries in the HR profession, we are currently in the process of drawing up our 2011 guide which will cover all of the disciplines in which we recruit. We are fortunate to be working in partnership with Newcastle University on this project and Katie Yokom, a Masters Student in Human Resource Management is working with the business over a three month period to ensure that the salary survey, which will be produced and launched in early summer, is seen as the industry leader and an indispensible guide for managers and business owners alike.

Our 2011 survey will feature not only raw data but also expert recruitment analysis on market trends. Certainly this year is a hugely significant one in terms of wage structures and we are seeing extremely interesting movements as inflationary pressures come head to head with cutbacks in the public sector and tentative growth in the private sector.
