Having dealt with hundreds of clients, we understand all too well that there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to outplacement support and, as such, we take the time to understand both the business and the individual before we undertake any programmes.

As well as offering tangible, meaningful support around both the technical and emotional aspects of dealing with redundancy and re-entering the job market, we are also able to practically assist with making contacts and connections through our vast network of senior decision makers from the recruitment arm of our business – to help deliver the ultimate goal of helping people back into work.

Through years of experience – and an intimate understanding of the job market – our expert outplacement consultants are able to offer support, help and guidance, regardless of background or level of seniority.

One-On-One Outplacement Support

As with all of our outplacement programmes, we are able to tailor support dependent on budget and requirements.  However, our one-to-one support is generally targeted to individuals coming from management, board or graduate level roles, varying in length from half a day to one week of face-to-face support.

Operating on a UK-wide basis, our outplacement consultants are able to deliver the support in a location convenient to the individual, covering a vast multitude of areas.  Put simply, anything under the ‘What next after redundancy and how do I get there?’ umbrella can be covered.  This could include professional CV construction, interview coaching, career transition or simply positioning within the market.

Full Telephone and E-Mail Support

Most participants in our one-on-one outplacement support also choose to include a package of full telephone and email support with their designated consultant.  You will then have access via telephone and email to your consultant for a period of time, which will build upon the face-to-face support and offer vital assistance as you begin to apply and interview for prospective roles.

Generally, Exclusive’s outplacement services are offered on either a 1, 3 or 6 month basis and we pride ourselves on offering a unique, customer-first experience – the level of support is driven by you, the customer – and we will respond to all queries within one business day.

Group Outplacement Support

We offer group outplacement sessions on a number of key topics, dependent on business need.  Our most popular group session covers ‘The Basics and Beyond’, providing invaluable expert insight into constructing a great CV, key interview techniques, handling recruitment agencies, social media and various techniques for elevating yourself above 99% of jobseekers in the market.

Our sessions last for around three hours and can accommodate up to 12 employees but, most importantly of all, they are interactive and allow participants to ask the questions which are directly relevant to their own needs.  Exclusive has worked with an array of businesses, offering support to production operatives, administrative staff, technicians, salespeople and various head office functions to deliver support relevant to profession and the local job market.

Aside from this broad overview, we are also able to tailor more in-depth outplacement services around themes such as confidence building, career change and transition, effective job hunting in the digital age and adapting to change.
