Area HR Manager

Job Description

Exclusive Human Resources are currently working with an expanding company based in County Durham in their search for an Area HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a newly created role within the business and will see you involved in a wide range of project work as well as the hands on day to day aspects of HR. Based in County Durham and working across the North East and Cumbria, you will be looking after a multi-site operation and leading the direction and strategy in terms of Talent & Development whilst working with line managers to get the best from all employees.

You will be joining a fast-paced and complex environment dealing with a range of operational HR issues such as;

* Disciplinary & Grievances

* Performance Management

* Employee Relations

* Industrial Relations

* Absence Management

Resilient and with the ability to challenge the status quo, you will be a forward thinking HR Manager who demonstrates best practice in every aspect of your role and a proven track record in working within cross-functional teams.

Due to the nature of the role, it is expected that you have similar experience of working on a multi-site basis and have the flexibility to travel as required across the business sites.

This is a progressive business looking to continue driving forward the HR vision for the company over the upcoming months and years. A great opportunity for a CIPD qualified HR Manager to take the next step in their career.

A car will be provided as part of the overall benefits package for this position. A full valid driving licence is required.
