The Role

This is a strategic role with an emphasis on maintaining a hands on approach to digital marketing. You will be working with an established team of specialist outsourced Digital Marketing & Web Agencies as well as a small, but expanding, internal team to ensure a cohesive and structured strategy is implemented by all to focus the importance of online lead generation and website conversion rates.

As Digital Marketing & Online Lead Generation Manager you will report to the overall Head of Marketing, supporting in all aspects of First4Lawyers digital and online presence. You will be knowledgeable of current and upcoming changes across various platforms, and understand the changing trends in SEO to ensure that all activities are results driven and focused on increasing conversion rates.

Knowledgeable in all things to do with digital marketing, you will have a comprehensive understanding of:

* Website design and development, including customer experience

* SEO and Digital Lead Generation Performance, including AdWord Campaigns and PPC activities

* The impact of the above to generate high volumes of leads and improve website conversion rates

You will have hands on experience of implementing the processes surrounding PPC and Social Media, with a broad digital marketing background. Experience of moving a digital strategy from pure PPC with marginal SEO to organic listings growth would be desirable.

Due to the nature of the role, it is vital that you can demonstrate and discuss how you have delivered an increased volume of enquiries and leads into a business via digital marketing activity, and developed a website that is best in class.

A strong communicator with excellent leadership skills and experience of leading a team, you will be responsible for the development of a small marketing team around you; providing advice and guidance where needed to further support the digital marketing strategy.

The Person

We are flexible on the background you will come from, but a typical background may include (but is not limited to) e-commerce, freelancing or agency, insurance, or banking where you have been involved with a strong tangible online process.

With relevant qualifications in Marketing, you will have at least 5 years’ commercial experience, providing services or products to consumers from a vast range of backgrounds. Certification in Google Analytics or AdWords would be an advantage to your application.

Confidence in your skills and ability to improve digital marketing performance is key to this role and the development and delivery of a focused strategy to implement a website which is world class. Commercially focused with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, you will demonstrate best practice in all areas of your work and lead your team by example.
