From their base in Tyne & Wear, they are consistently providing fresh and new ideas to the creative industry on a regular basis. And now they have a really unique opportunity for someone to join their established HR team on an interim basis.

The Role

Working within the Human Resources department, this role will see you responsible for the HR Information System and bespoke software in place; but this is NOT an administrative role.

Whilst attention to detail and accurate data input are pivotal to the role, much more important is your ability to keep up within a fast-paced environment and be able to pull together, analyse and manipulate management information for different aspects of the HR function.

You will be working closely with a genuinely inspirational HR Director as well as the wider HR function across a multi-site and international set-up.

Ideally with experience of working heavily with an HRIS already, you will be involved in various sensitive and confidential areas of HR including;

* Updating personnel files regarding promotions, absence and performance management, and compensation and benefits etc.

* Creating new starter files during a period of high volume recruitment

* Reporting Management Information (regular and ad hoc)

* Handling Salary Review information

* International mobilisation

* Any other internal changes

An interim role to cover an extended maternity leave, you will have the benefit of an intense and robust handover, allowing you the opportunity to learn all of the different aspects of the role with full support.

The Person

With some prior experience of working within a larger HR function, you will be an adaptable and resilient individual, who can prioritise and multi-task accordingly in a deadline driven environment. Focused and self-motivated, you will be part of a dynamic and friendly department, which really does work as a team.

IT literate and able to learn quickly, you will have demonstrable experience of reporting, analysing and manipulating MI on a regular basis, as well as the capability to work between various bespoke and tailored software systems.

The Details

Interviews are scheduled for the 2nd and 3rd weeks in October with a view to the appointed individual starting early November.

As the company are keen to ensure a full handover at both ends of the fixed-term contract, there will be an element of job share flexibility for the final two months.
