Job Description

Exclusive are working with a global company based in the North East to support them in appointing an HR Officer on an interim basis to assist with a heavy employee relations case load.

As an experienced HR Officer, you will be joining an established HR team which looks after a varied and fast-paced business.

You will be involved in supporting management with employee relations issues such as performance management, disciplinary & grievances as well as absence management. Prior experience of successfully dealing with a range of complex cases will be an advantage to your application.

Providing a customer focused HR provision across the company, you will be working directly with Line Managers to reduce current case load during a period of restructure and reorganisation.

Initially for 3 months, there is the potential for this role to be extended.
