Interim HR Officer – 3 months FTC
Exclusive are working with a local social enterprise to support them in appointing an HR Officer on an interim basis to assist with a new project.
As an experienced HR Officer, you will be joining an established organisation who are currently involved in a range of social projects across the North East.
You will be involved in supporting the organisation with the following generalist HR duties:
* HR and Employee queries
* Policies & Procedures
* Recruitment, including compiling job descriptions, arranging interviews, offer letters and induction periods
* Payroll administration
* Expenses and annual leave management
Providing a customer focused HR provision across the organisation, you will be working directly with Line Managers during a period of restructure and reorganisation.
Initially for 3 months, there is the potential for this role to be extended or made permanent.
Due to the flexibility of the role, part-time hours can be considered.
