Project Delivery Coordinator – Manufacturing
Exclusive Ltd are delighted to be working with a process manufacturing business in Northumberland in their search for a Project Delivery Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.
A growing business within process manufacturing, the company has recently won a number of new contracts which has led to a new opportunity for a Project Delivery Coordinator to join their manufacturing facility in Northumberland.
This is a global company with a strong presence in the North East and one which sees its workforce at the centre of its continued success. With over 350 employees onsite and continuously growing, the company has ambitious growth plans which will see further investment and opportunities arising across all areas of the facility.

The position of Project Delivery Coordinator is a fast-paced and multi-faceted role which will see the successful individual working within a cross-functional team.
As the main point of contact within the manufacturing facility for the company’s global clients, you will be responsible for the successful end to end delivery of multiple projects from initial development, through manufacturing, into packaging and then product launch. Working closely with assigned clients, you will provide regular updated information regarding current position against agreed targets within each project.
An integral part of the Project Management Group, you will be required to balance the needs and requirements of clients with the manufacturing capacity of the plant within strict deadlines.
Due to the nature of the manufacturing facility, you will ideally come from a process led environment such as Pharmaceutical or Petro-Chemical and have a good working knowledge of a GMP environment.
Experience of chemistry and/or APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredients) would be a considerable advantage to your application.
You will be a strong manager of people and process, ensuring that KPIs and targets are met consistently in order to maintain a high standard of product quality and customer service. A strategic and commercially minded individual, you will have demonstrable experience of successfully delivering multiple complex projects on spec, in budget and in time.
