Exclusive are privileged to be working with an expanding company in Newcastle in their search for an ICT Support Technician to join their ICT Support Team.

As ICT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing both end user and overall technical support to assigned site ICT user and to ensure a high standard of service is maintained consistently.

You will be required to support other member of the department in maintaining high levels of safety, availability and reliability for software (including systems) and hardware.

Your main duties will include:

* Helpdesk

* Desktop support

* AD/Exchange – Creating & Admin of accounts

* VOIP/Mitel

* Good trouble shooting skills

* Citrix Admin

* File & Print management

* Mobile phone contract support

* Hardware procurement & rollouts

* Windows server 2003-2012 admin

* SQL Admin


* Microsoft desktop product support – office/project/Visio etc.

* Video conferencing admin

* Anti-virus

* Asset management

You will have prior successful experience of supporting ICT projects and strategic activities, in their planning, preparation and management.

This is an integral role within the ICT department and is expected that you will have had a similar role within an expanding business.

Flexibility is key to the role as travel between client sites in Newcastle is required. As a result of this, it is essential that you have access to your own transport.
