Lindsay is an ambitious, tenacious and commercially astute HR Consultant, whose career has taken her from a junior HR Generalist, through to Head of a HR function and now into Independent consultancy where she works with Exclusive HR on a part time basis. Lindsay has a track record of success spanning in excess of 20 years across Food Retail, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Corporate Centres, Hospitality, Motor Industry, Leisure and Funeral Services.
She has experienced corporate HR, partnering MD’s in a range of different businesses and functions influencing the creation and execution of effective people strategies to support overall business plans, has led HR teams through transformational change and successfully lead of strategic people projects, such as Performance Management, Reward and Benefits, TUPE in and out and Organisation Design to name just a few.
Lindsay has also experienced setting up an investor owned business from scratch with no Leadership team, except the CEO or Business Strategy and no HR policies, processes or people initiatives. This has given Lindsay much more in-depth experiences to add to her portfolio, including Organisation Culture Change, Engagement, Partnerships with external bodies, H&S, Communication and PR and much much more.
Her current passion lies with supporting businesses to add value to their bottom line through focus on strategic people initiatives, learning and development and she is a qualified MBTI Practitioner and loves to work with businesses using this globally recognised personality preference tool. Lindsay is comfortable to support projects or indeed offer day to day support, similar to a supply teacher!
In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her partner, family and friends and enjoys beach walks especially on the Northumberland Coastline with her little pug Roxie – her new found love!
