We recruit for both generalist HR roles and more specialist positions across all industry sectors. From a generalist viewpoint, we truly work at all levels, from HR Administrator through to HR Director and all points in between.
Frequently, we are also called upon to source specialists in the Compensation and Benefits, Reward and Talent Management fields too and as the past few years has seen a huge growth in the number of project focused roles, we have established ourselves as a leader in the provision of interims to successfully deliver on such assignments.
As well as being industry specialists, with an in-depth understanding of the sector brought about by having a CIPD member with an HR background leading the department, we also host an HR Directors Forum attended by senior leaders in the profession and in 2017 we have launched the HR Practitioners Forum for operational HR professionals across the North East and beyond, as well as providing regular employment law seminars in conjunction with the CIPD North East of England Branch.

Learning and Development
Exclusive Human Resources have a long track record in L&D recruitment and have recruited for some of the world’s largest organisations in this field. As well as sourcing internationally for roles including European L&D Manager and Head of Learning and Development, we have also worked on a number of L&D/Training roles closer to home.
Our expertise in this area stretches from roles centred around training administration and delivery through to more strategic L&D roles in both the public and private sector.
The interim market forms a large part of our L&D recruitment and we have placed candidates into projects based around coaching and development in situations of growth and change as well as more straightforward training programmes.
Recruitment and Resourcing
As recruiters ourselves, we have seen the development of the in-house recruitment function over a number of years and have supported organisations in bringing in recruitment specialists at a range of different levels.
The importance of having an effective in-house team cannot be underestimated and as a business, we understand the importance of working in true partnership with internal recruitment teams to deliver results every time.
In recent times, we have recruited Recruitment Managers into the public sector, Recruitment Advisors into the private sector and Administrators across the board. We pride ourselves on having the most up to date and current knowledge of what really makes an in-house recruitment department work well in the digital age and are able to recruit at all levels, including volume recruitment for specific assessment campaigns.
Health and Safety
Our Health and Safety division broadly recruits for two main areas – H&S practitioners and H&S trainers. We work extensively from our Aberdeen office to serve the oil and gas sector with HSEQ professionals at all levels, whilst our offices in the North of England are particularly active within the manufacturing, engineering, energy and construction sectors.
The recruitment that we carry out in this area is a real 50/50 split between permanent roles and interim/contract assignments. From the practitioner side, we recruit from H&S Advisor level and above whilst on the training side, we have placed roles from Training Co-Ordinators through to Head of Safety Training.
